Yes, We are Paddle Freaks!

In mid-June, my usual fishing team went to fishing trip to a lake in highland. Midnight of Friday we left Tokyo and early morning of Saturday arrived to scenic water field. There is one of famous fishing lake for "Smallmouth Bass" and many many fishermen go to there, especially on weekend. Also we try to fishing every year.

My friends ware lure fishing with float tubing and I was fly fishing on the inflatable kayak. It is light, faster and very comfortable.

Around the lake, small cicada lives very much and sometime cicada fall down to the lake. Do you understand? Smallmouth Basses waiting cicada in shallow area.

Smallmouth Bass is greatest target for fly fishing! I did not catch big one but they ware fighting frenzy.

I'm very happy!
